Bulldog Crawl Space Ejector™, Battery Backup and Humid-Evac® System
- Installed using our Bulldog Crawl Space Ejector™ as a large collection point for the sub-membrane air, the liner is sealed and draws air from under the encapsulation membrane. We always recommend a full perimeter Crawl Trek™ system to enhance communication and remove water from under the membrane.
- Ventilation can be further enhanced by a small hole in our piping system called the “AGE” (Above Grade Evacuator). Studies show that in an encapsulated crawl space the majority of dampness occurs beneath the membrane. Extracting this moisture gets to the root of even the most extreme crawl space problems.
Active sub-membrane humidity evacuation units have been in use for years. Numerous independent studies have been conducted and the facts state this method is superior to many others, as well as, being an economical solution.
